1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect when you browse

We run our own, self-hosted visit measurement. It is deliberately designed to collect as little as possible:

• No cookies are set for analytics. Nothing is written to your device for measurement purposes, which is why this site does not show a cookie consent banner.
• Your IP address is never stored. It is combined with your browser's user-agent string and a salt that is regenerated every day, hashed, and immediately discarded. The resulting short hash lets us count unique visits within a single day. Because the salt changes daily, the hash cannot be used to recognise you on another day or on another site.
• The only thing kept in your browser is a single yes/no flag in sessionStorage recording that this tab has already been counted, so a page refresh does not inflate our numbers. It contains no identifier, is never sent anywhere as an identifier, and disappears when you close the tab. Nothing is written to localStorage.
• What is recorded: the page path, the referring domain (not the full referring URL), a coarse device type (desktop / tablet / mobile), the country suggested by your browser or network, and the time of the visit. Query strings are reduced to a short allowlist, so campaign parameters and anything else you might type are not captured.
• What is never recorded: your name, email, precise location, keystrokes, mouse movement, session recordings, or any cross-site identifier.
• Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honoured. If your browser sends either signal, nothing is recorded at all.

Lawful basis: legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful, under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent under the ePrivacy Directive is required.

3. What we collect when you contact us

If you submit the enquiry or catalogue form, we store the details you type — name, company, email, phone, country and message — and use them only to answer you and to keep a record of the commercial relationship. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract).

We keep enquiry records for as long as the commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Nobody, except where we are legally required to. We do not sell, rent or share personal data with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties. Our website and analytics run on our own server; no third-party analytics service receives your visit.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR and comparable laws, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@leestc.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.

6. Cookies we do set

Exactly one, and only if you log in to the administration area:

• leestc_admin — a signed session token that keeps an administrator logged in. Strictly necessary, HttpOnly, and it expires automatically.

Visitors never receive this cookie. There are no advertising, preference or third-party cookies on this website.

7. Fonts and external requests

None. Every file this site needs — stylesheets, scripts, images and typefaces — is served from our own server. The typefaces (Outfit and Inter) are self-hosted, so no request is made to Google Fonts or to any other third party while you browse. That also means no third party receives your IP address through this website.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Administration access is rate limited and password protected. Only aggregated statistics are retained; raw visit data is deleted after the retention window.

9. Changes

If this notice changes materially we will update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated notice.
